Garden Series: Creating a Teaching Garden 2.0

Part two of our Natural Garden Design series will review site assessment, natural garden design, soil, garden elements, planting, and care/maintenance. This 5-week series will dig deeper, covering areas from the ground up and beyond, including the historical and agricultural customs of the food we eat. Students will gain a deeper understanding of garden diagnostics to ensure the continued success of the garden.
Natural Garden Design 1.0 is NOT a pre-requisite for this series. This series is approved for PDE credit for CCSD teachers!
Classes will meet February 23, March 2, 9, 16 & 23 at different locations around the Springs Preserve.
