BEGINNER Youth Garden Series

Get ready to get dirty! This series of three-week classes, designed specifically for kids age 6-12 who are brand new to gardening, begins with the basics: soil! We'll do more than scratch the surface of this astonishing element as we learn the how-tos of successful gardening, planting for the season, and more. A large portion of class time will be in our outdoor Teaching Garden for a true hands-on experience.
Please note: Classes will meet Tuesdays, Feb. 12, 19 and 26, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Parent attendance is welcome but not required.
